Pure comedy. Dennis "intends" to do a lot of things. LOI's, MOU's of undisclosed relationships that never materialize. This is his specialty.

Remeber the LOI with the LV trucking company ? The merger with RWE? Then the "Joint Venture" with RWE ? And many more. Did that $500,000 "investment" from last year really materialize ? How about "Black Mountain" ( or Rock, what ever Fish man chooses to call it).

Lets go back and review all of the supposed LOI's and MOU's from Fisher. Shall we ? He has used this ploy over and over again and yet many gullible morons buy it, and jump up and down and scream for more. Maybe some day he will actually do what he claims. But it is quite rare for Fisher to do what he says.

Based on his track record why would anyone bleieve him now. Letters of Intent are not legally binding. That is why the Fish man loves them so.
