IMO given the facts regarding the company filing all back 10k's and 10q's and the way they have handled their business in the past?I think the company has begun a self imposed quiet period prior to the audits being submitted to the SEC.Of course your average stinky pinky would not go into a quiet period because they want to sell shares,this company is not and has not.Thus my thinking is we are in a self imposed quiet period until the audits are complete and filed with the SEC,which we will see when they are filed with edgar..
