Lebosco, you don't know his personal situation. Maybe he has a sick child and needs a job that pays more, maybe he had been waiting for this opportunity for years and years, maybe he was going to leave the DOJ two years ago and was told the WAMU case would be over within 1 year, maybe he has health issues and is sick of stressing out over Brian Rosen, maybe he doesn't get along with his boss, maybe, maybe, etc, etc.....

Mr. McMahon needs to do what's best for himself and his family and not anybody on this Board.

He has done a great deal for WAMU. I thank him very, very much and wish him all the best.
