I think right now you would only sell if you think chances are very likely the product will not be at all competitive and will not make it to market, not even on a small scale. If they do come up with any kind of reasonably competitive product at all you'll be able to sell at much much better prices, at least 5c, even assuming the price doesn't even stay there for the long run... 1.25c vs 5c in a few months.
