This is the link listed at the bottom of the page you posted. This company was paid to promote GRDO, although they try to pass it off as "corporate advertising".

With the amount of shares that are issued and outstanding, it is very unlikely IMHO this stock could ever see a dollar, unless they manage to turn some serious revenue, along with cleaning up the share structure.
