Does everyone remember Acefranklin's Gnomes? Well one of tose little guys just ran across my yard and in his haste dropped a letter from DM to the employees.

I quote: "Evolution Fuels in its efforts to advance the stock value and shareholder confidence has determined to intiate an innovative business plan to allow the company stock to be uplisted to the next OTC tier. The plan calls for the pps to trade at .10 per share; we have determined the next step to accomplish this goal will be to initiate a reverse split which will enhance investor intrest in the company and the stock. Accomplishing this goal will allow for new investors which in turn will allow us to fund the second crucial goal in Evolutions overall plan. This second goal will enable new shares to be dumped at a highervalue for a brief period; giving us the necessary capital to pay for the corrections required by the building department in thier review of our plans currently sibmitted for permits. We expect this to take no more then six to eight months at which point we will implement plan three. Plan three consists of a simple dump of billions of shares to generate more capital to intice even more investors. We are certain we cannot raise the necessary funds to build our station but that is the premise we will continue to use until the time comes we can no longer Bulls**t our way.

It is unlikely Evolution Fuel will ever have a station up and running but it all sounds good to the public and sells stock at any price allowing me t pay your salaries and maintain my life style. It will at some point be necessay to change the name of the company and it's area of business. I have decided to intiate a company wide contest to determine the nw name and ticker symbol of the company. Please submit your response no latter then the year end.

Iassure each of you (all 10) that your salsries are indeed safe and I do not expect you will ever have to work at produceing anything. The past and current plan for generating the funds for this has nd alway will be the sole intent and plan going forward. It has worke well for us all these years and I see no reason why it can not continue until the day I die and at that point I have determined to allow our receptionist to take over. The whole syste have setup pretty much runs on auto pilot. You jus have to remember the key element of our success; perception, perception, perception. As long as you can continue to fool the masses of a perception of good efforts they will buy te stock and you as employees will never actually have to do anything. It was never my intent to have to work or get my hands dirty nor did I want that for you guys. I hand picked you all for a reason most importantly because you will never divulge anything to the public or the SEC because your incapable of obtaining a job anywhere else especially at your current salary and not to mention you have never seen the inside of an office and have never done anything in the form of work. Your life is good and mine is better.
