I have no problem with companies using stock to raise capital, its when a share price drops from .10 down to .004, than something doesnt smell right. Than they go out and say there is no way to justify a share price.

Stock should be used to help increase value, exchange stock for revenues or assets etc, not drop the value 90%.

You know what I mean? I am as hopeful as the next person here, but I just cant sit back with rose colored glasses on. Lets call it like it is, thats all im saying.
