no current basis to estimate an accurate per share value for the company



What does that mean? They dont feel there is any value? Or they just know how much dilution is really taking place.

As its public statements indicate, management does intend to limit dilution as much as possible during the company's growth initiatives.



So dilution is defiantly taking place. Like thats new info lol.

This is not looking good imho.
