Winning Brands Corporation (WNBD)

I'm still doing my DD & currently researching the stock. Based upon the float numbers I had at the time, balance sheet (debt to profit ratio), "cash burn" and some revenue numbers I found (not all of which I have verified as absolutely the most current) the stock seemed overbought to me,...but here it is starting to look like there may be value for a mid-term (end of the year to next year positive return).

I haven't hashed out the numbers yet and just received a ton of info from current shareholders, or boardmembers at the least, and have only begun to dig my way through it all.

Where do you see the valuation of this equity, and why? Just curious. Thanks in advance.
