Looks like WMI steps into the next phase (Discovery).

Debtors should have stepped into this phase over a year ago.

Better late than never.. Right..?

Aug 6th Examiner.. workplan and cost
Sept 7th Examiner.. preliminary report.. If scope needs to be revised.. THJMW would consider granting a revision and add to the examination scope
Oct 8th Examiner.. Final report.. if not later..
