That's a good post and something I've been trying to get across here for quite some time.
People think that if this SEC investigation gets settled, this will soar. I don't see how.
They still are partnered with an outfit that (in decades of trying) has NEVER come up with a succesful airship design! Kroplin has put out airships...yes. But not one of the designs he has completed and declared "ready for commercialization" has ever been taken to the production phase! Simply put, the designs he has finished are ones that NO ONE WANTED!
WHY do people here think the STS project will be anything different?
They don't have a product that has been declared to be a finished "production prototype". Heck, they don't even know if the airship as designed will keep station.....nor how high it will actually fly, nor how long it will fly for. These goals haven't yet been attained....if they have, I'm sure we'd have heard about it.
Estrella and crew could be the greatest....but they still have to have a good product to sell to be successful.
I don't think they do.
