RR82 ... Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought there was a discussion on the board that stated that a settlement could occur even after the examiner was appointed, approved and began digging. It was thought that the examiner would be called off if such a settlement was agreed upon by all parties unless there were criminal facts uncovered.
