OK, the 5K at .051 has been bought.

This is what always makes me wonder. Who is selling a measly $250 worth of a stock (and the .051 was not a left-over)? I understand when there is a good spread and someone is trying to BS the price up or down, but 5K at .001 over the bid makes no sense.
