Although we cannot give a specific date or time frame, it is our opinion that a press release and or update can come in the latter part of this week. We are anticipating that the press release will update shareholders on various aspects of the Joint Venture Agreement as well as a chance to provide early estimates regarding sales numbers, revenue figures and distribution deals. Given the high interest surrounding AVTI, a press release can prove to be explosive for the share price as it is our opinion that shares could see a spike to the .005 level initially dependent on the type of news released by the company.
