absolutely.... as I have said all along, the share structure is key with Lecere's success on the open market. The previous increase was 5b restricted making the total restricted somewhere in the range of 7-9bil. that still leaves a large float that needing substantial news to move the PPS. look on the bright side, it cant go much lower. truthfully I think the current pps is an accurate valuation right now, maybe a little on the low side. the share structure can be manipulated legally in such a way as to lower the OS and raising the pps at the sametime without spending a dime. moves like this will be vital to LCRE moving forward. everyone needs to keep in mind the software here is REAL
