Look at his last ten posts or so, you would see the pattern.

IMO, Derek keeps rerunning the WDRP information and updates. It was just one piece of the rerun information. This would be for the sake of new investors, so they could review the info more rapidly. On the other point, letter, fax, or email can serve this very same purpose--the guy was gone.
