A patent application based on the number provided DOES NOT EXIST, is my point!

If you go to the USPTO website:
http://portal.uspto.gov/external/portal/pair

and put in patent application #:12/487055, which is what was provided on the XBoard website, there is NO SUCH ANIMAL! Where did it go?

As a patent holder myself, I'm more inclined to believe Marshall based on the evidence, or lack thereof!

I'm just asking an innocent question as an ECMH shareholder, nothing more, nothing less.
