Yikes, financials coming out:
Safeguard Security Holdings, Inc. (OTC:SSHS), a provider of corporate, industrial and residential security solutions, announces today that it will release its financials on Friday, July 30th.
R. Michael Lagow, CEO for Safeguard, stated, “We were delayed in our efforts to release our financials to the public based on several issues related to a conversion process with three different accounting platforms that we inherited as we acquired different business units over the past few years.” Lagow added, “The latest financials and corporate newsletter will be downloaded to our Safeguard website on Friday, July 30th, 2010.”
Well, lets see just how much of last years pr was BS. The financials was something I had hoped for and gambled on. So the jig will be up and so should the pps be headed perhaps.
