My overall thoughts are that the company is still in a dire situation when it comes to their finances, which tends itself to constantly dilute therefore negitivatly affecting the pps... however with that being said they are a sub-penny stock, and I have to keep that in mind. I think that the fact that they are still in business is a testiment to their dedication, resourcfullness and true belife that their project is obtainable... I also belive that the DOE contract is a landfall for 3Dicon which will result in a marketable full color prototype. This company has so little to lose but so much to gain that they will not accept defeat.

It's not how hard you fall, but how you get up! that defines your charactor.
