I keep replaying the "in chambers" mtg with BR, SS, JMW and the other lawyers in my head. From what we know- the following is how I see it broken down.

As mentioned, SS asked BR questions with two "No" responses. Everyone to chambers. SS must have showed JMW some money, assets, and possibly a probable graph of the 3.1a from 4 months of work from Solomon, giving her a pretty good idea where we really are. She then decides right there the examiner is coming no matter what. Both sides are told to make their arguments for the scope of the examiner.

As we heard last in court, no arguments against the examiner, (because the judge has already ruled on it in chambers.) At this point, she is probably as biased she can be, without being biased.

If SS can give her factual documents of fraud, theft, and some really big numbers, and it took only two hours to make the judge say- "enough, you got it," then I have to believe we are in the drivers seat, with everyone else strapped to their car seat.

They had their chance, and they blatantly mislead the court, and have not held up their duties.

Since we have SS, and the UST & JMW looking favorable towards us, we just need McMahon to pick a decent examiner, and we are good. I will assume with a case like this, he will probably want one of the more experienced examiners, which again is another plus.

By the time the examiner is given the results from Solomon, the dd from SS and EC, he should have a lot to report in September. <--- (that is assuming he will accept EC information, I think he might since the EC was allowed to act as the examiner.) So he doesn't necessarily need to start from square one. Im sure he will have lots of help finding what he needs.

Im hoping he will drops some real bombs in Sept. If not by Oct, he should be locked, cocked and ready to rock.

BR and FDICK will try to dispute those numbers, but I believe they will fall on deaf ears.

When this is over, probably by the end of the year, I believe we will see something at the very least 3-6 bucks, with everyone else paid in full.

10-15 would be nice, but we will have to wait and see how sept/oct goes.
