Thanks for the info dude, but with all due respect, this is up to 4 years old! What have they done within the last year to avail themselves of past discrepancies to position themselves better for the future. I've read the most recent PR obviously, and talked earlier in the week with Joe Berardi. Of course he has nothing but glowing things to say, but where does reality come in? The hit to the pps today wasn't very impressive.

I know it's been mentioned the the EPA approval is obviously big, but I think the patent application approval would certainly give a certain amount of credence to the whole thing. I'd just like to know what happened to patent application 12/487,055? Or was there really ever one?
