Appreciate the explanation. I think it's important, though, to be careful how one frames an opinion. Avoiding the
words "all", "never", et. al., and including supporting ideas or actual facts will help to keep the discussion focused on the topic at hand. I also think most people will agree that the past knuckleheads made the case a difficult task at best. Let's just hope that we have a bit more professionalism and expediency in the new management.
