I think you should be corrected here. The open house is publicly available

They are screening applicants and you will receive an invitation if you pass muster. The "Private sessions" you refer to are not supposed to be publicly advertised and it may discourage possible Farm or corporate investors since they will realize that this is a PR opportunity for the company and disgruntle shareholders need not apply!

Your comment regarding the share dilution the single most important action by this company in one year that seriously effect every shareholder has never had one single Public Statement by the company. No poster shareholder and individual has ever posted a remark from Dennis Fisher in this regards.

That going private comment would be from an announcement that an investor is buying BEHL at today's prices..it cheap!

As of this writing the share price is .0028 and they have lost $3.4 market cap in three months.

Yeh, the scripted Radio Interview is predicable. How else could Dennis attend and participate in an interview..if not given the questions in advance. Even if the people organizing this claim they are not, Dennis can always access their board and read them. what a Joke!
