Is BEHL going private?

DF has agreed to a private radio interview with scripted questions to address select members of the moderating board and select Ihub and Market Playground Posters. An invitation only Open House is scheduled by the company for a select monitored group of supporters and not open to the public as a Public Company should do. Interesting.

This is stock and information management and manipulation

A close cadre of posters from various boards have been "unofficially invited" to attend sessions privately with Dennis Fisher to collaborate on future PR and hyping the company including a scripted interview with questions only to be taken from select posters.

Comment: To date Behl has performed very poorly as a profitable company and has disguised their image as a R & D company as a"Commercial Enterprise." They are attempting to raise operating capital by taking deposits on promised results of future farms.

The Board of Directors has authorized an additional 500 millions shares as a back up plan to cover eventual failure on the commercial deposits to raise money to further dilute the company's shares. There has never been a announcement to the public regarding this issue despite public claims by Dennis Fisher that this would not be done. That is, an authorized 30% dilution. No real company on the verge of "explosive" profits authorizes shares for dilution. It's a lack of confidence in their own business plan and a saving measure for the company. At present we are awaiting an official statement of the amount of share dilution and financials for the second quarter of this year.
