If US Patent was assigned to Wild River Capital in 2007, what would be the need for ICBS to acquire BioSpec Global? Who is BioSpec Global? Would not BioSpec Global be working for ICBS within the framework of some kind of license agreement from Wild River, the existing patent holder? It appears from Press Releases that ICBS owns 25& of BioSpec Global, but through Wild River Capital owns 100% interest in the patent.
It would be interesting to know what just what assets BioSpec Global have and what ICBS was going to supposedly pay for these assets, what ICBS paid for its existing 25% interest,and why, as well as how much ICBS paid to obtain obtain an assignment of the patents in 2007.
