New document on the Broward County website.

It deals with the Federal Tax Lien against the Company for its unpaid 941 employee withholdings from the last quarter of 2007 through the first quarter of 2009. It now lists the Lienor as the UNITED STATES TREASURY with the Lienee as JONATHAN D. LEINWAND, P.A., AS THE ALTER EGO OF SANSWIRE CORP., THE ALTER EGO OF GLOBETEL COMMUNICATIONS CORP. The lien amount is $182,409.16.

It appears the IRS has "pierced the corporate veil" and has assigned Leinwand as the "responsible person" which means they can now levy Leinwand's personal property to recover the debt. It appears the issue is developing as the lien was just transferred from the Internal Revenue Service to the Department of Treasury in the latest filing.
