up , can you or anyone answer what this entails....does it mean all of the work product or just part of it ?this is what judge mary said said on the 20th ruling for an examiner... " I will allow the other parties, to the extent they already have prepared legal memoranda or attorney work product, will direct those parties to present them to the examiner". does this mean all of the work product or just a part of it ,does anyone know if the ec had recieved any of the work product,and if they did i'm sure it would show us nothing ,is the judge saying to just hand over that part of the work product or all of it ,why the hell didn't she just say all of the work product like in the june 3rd hearing..what does this mean? already have prepared legal memoranda or attorney work product
