The swap valued The Bank of New York business at $3.1 billion and JPMorgan's trust unit at $2.8 billion and gave Chase access to 338 additional branches and 700,000 new customers in New York, New Jersey, and Indiana.

Someone correct me if I am wrong, but I think the subordinate debt is the preferred trusts. Junior Subordinate Debentures (Unsecured debt backed only by the integrity of the borrower, not by collateral, and documented by an agreement .... 1.150 Bil (I think this is WAMKQ)

WAMPQ is supposed to be 3 Bil in total payout.
