rramirez82, I always appreciate your posts, but do you really believe JPM paid off Rosen? I don't. I think Rosen is doing what WMI wants him to do. My hunch is that there is a bunch of dirt under not only JPM and the FDIC's nails, but also WMI's. Such that Rosen has conceded that the enemy (JPM/FDIC) of my enemy (EC)--the ones looking to uncover as much as possible, thus opening many doors that all parties would like to remain closed--is my friend. I think we need to seriously consider the fact that WMI is dirty, too. As for what sort of ramifications that would have on the outcome of this case, I'm not sure.
