Here is why ~ Once the examiner is named and starts to work - thats it. They will finish their job and keep the current v.5 DS/POR or submit their (examiner) own DS/POR (v.6). I believe the ONLY window here for a quick and fair settlement is between now and Monday afternoon. The chances of seeing a settlement this weekend is like being able to witness a pig fly - the chances are slim to none.

Otherwise, we will be sitting on stale money until mid to late fall. On the flip-side of that; news most always leaks. Not sure about it leaking with an examiner. But, it may leak to show that the examiner "found" money and that will somehow reflect on all classes PPS headed north.
