PR does not move stock up, PR is forgotten in a day. What moves stock up is sellers realizing what they have in there hands and taking control of it.
What I mean is .. When you let a buyer bring you down half a penny at a time he takes control. When it is you the seller who has something he wants and you need to bring him up to where you are at .
