You are right about Monk and his team, they have indeed kept this higher longer than i would have thought. But, what happens i sort of disagree with you on.

THIS is what i think is going to happen.

With this selling for around 7 cents a share, i can next to guarantee you JB will NOT move onto one of his other shells, but 504 more shares, either 10 million or 20 million more (he has always done in increments of 10 million in past) and sell them here with a few more PR's yet to come AFTER he 504's more.

Folks here have to keep a VERY close eye on dilution and contact the Transfer Agent every other week.

Since Monk and his cronies have kept up decent volume, JB will certainly issue himself more shares and dump them onto these folks, and if they continue to keep it up, he will keep doing it.

The reason he went onto other shells in the past is because he lost confidence in investors, there was no volume, and he could not pump it up any longer to sell shares so he then went onto another shell and found a new face.

SO in short, im betting a 504 is around the corner, if it hasnt already been done since the last time i contacted the TA (3 weeks ago i believe).
