I have reas the filings, I have read every post on this board going back to May and have talked to the company, next I call Old Republic yet to do..do some digging.
Look address the 7 billion shares.. that is it.
You don't need all those shares to stop a buyout.. Stop it. Ihub loses credibility if it is a one sided venue. Ever heard of poison pill and this cat has quite a majority already. So stop the argument that it prevents takeover.
