I'm trying to make sense of the dilution. It would not make sense to dilute now if the deal was "finalized last week" and their confident it would do great things for share holders. If the spokesperson is a wow like they say, it would make more sense to dump 500 million shares after a nice jump in PPS.

So the only thing I can conclude is the shares were used to pay for the spokesperson. Then what happened to the 1.75? Is there a 1.75?
