Wanderport Corp. (PINKSHEETS: WDRP) today released further details pertaining to its business roll-out and recent successful signing of a US distributor towards market introduction of its innovative microwave energy tank-less water heater.

Phase I consisted of successfully sourcing and funding the design of key components necessary for the development of the product. Wanderport also obtained sales commitments and signed established distributors in their respective regions capable of providing Wanderport information specific to their markets which will be used to obtain certification and approvals for the microwave energy tank-less water heater within their countries.

The second phase emphasizes the production and supply of pre-launch units to distributors with the objective of tailoring the unit to their respective market requirements. Wanderport is in receipt of components from Asia (not affordably available in North-America) and is hoping to prepare pre-launch units for distributors within the coming weeks. The company has aligned a third party group located in the United States, ready to test and provide comparables versus existing storage and tank-less water heaters in today's marketplace. Hence, Wanderport's primary focus will be to move forward within the American market by using this data to prepare specifications for U/L approval and other certifications necessary to market the product in the United States. The company believes this process should not be too lengthy as Wanderport and its US distributor have already begun preliminary discussions with companies possessing assembly facilities with their own U/L labs. This will ensure that units are built according to U/L electrical and other standards making approval acceptance much easier. Furthermore, it will automatically qualify the water heaters under the assemblers' liability insurance thereby reducing Wanderport's burden.

The third phase will involve developing other market sales verticals such as hardware retail chains in the United States and decisions pertaining to finance, assembly and component provisions via Asia versus North-American sources towards eventual production. Wanderport also hopes to entertain a variety of commercial applications and modifications in conjunction with a multitude of other heating capacities in supplementary business sectors.
