hckguy, correct, healthcare law does not provide services to undocumented immigrants. There is a difference between an LPR and an undocumented immigrant. I think confusion regarding the 'immigration' issues and the law might occur from the Exemptions interpretation:

Exemptions
Will be granted for financial hardship, religious objections, American Indians, those without coverage for less than three months, undocumented immigrants, incarcerated individuals, those for whom the lowest cost plan option exceeds 8% of an individual’s income, and those with incomes below the tax filing threshold (in 2009 the threshold for taxpayers under age 65 was $9,350 for singles and $18,700 for couples).

Brightline Rule:
Undocumentented Immigrants are exempt because of the automatic disqualifier: Require U.S. citizens and legal residents to have qualifying health coverage.

LPRs and Legal immigrants are the same and pay into the new system.

How might an LPR/LR lose their right to get healthcare?
Revocation of citizenship for unlawful activity. Everyday U.S. Circuit Judges hold deportation hearings throughout the country weighing evidence to support or deny deportation. LPRs and LRs unlike American born citizens aren't immune to deportation despite having legal standing.
