This FDIC (objection) is a scandal.

And what's the order good for, are they crazy ?

Why should the judge sign an order like that.

If I steal a car, my laywer can enter an order that forbids the

police to investigate why or if I stole that car ?

hmm, interesting concept of jurisdiction. crazy... IMO
