Ram.. Your personal goal as you move through the life as a BK attorney is to educate all associates about this case and the Etchics that were breached in favor of big business. Contrary to popular belief of Weil, they do have a fiduciary duty to the shareholders. The idea that you can just file for Chapter 11 and "shed shareholders" because you want to, is unethical and should always be exposed by the UST and Judge. The system has a flaw that is being exploited. Congress will patch it soon.

Your ability to relate how you were there, could change lives and move your profession slowly towards a more responsible relationship with the shareholders and clients. BK Judges should not ever let their court get exploited by unethical Board of Directors and the attorneys they hire to do their bidding.
