Mary is absolutely 110% correct. Susman is now in control and exerting it in all areas of this case. Nelson and sargent are his backup and are doing a great job. Willingham has been through this before and knows what he is doing in regards to BK's.

JPM/FDIC better figure it out before the examiner is appointed, because the UST is "hot on their trail!" Controlling SCOPE is a sure sign of special investigatory powers being used. If she gives the UST that right, JPM/FDIC and every other culprit better open the checkbook before the appointment is final.
