well it appears they work for basis financial, and they want to buy stock in snsr, for 1-2 bucks.

they may not want to short, my opinion is that the sp is heading up and shorting a 10 cent stock is a losers game. you might make a dime but you could lose a lot. now if they had a large naked short position and they could park enough stock in their house they would not have to cover right away. that's why i called the company to see if they are party to this play. however the company thus far is silent on the matter.
