Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't it true that a broker cannot "borrow" you shares to short for someone else if, in fact, you have an existing sell order on the stock regardless of the price set for a sale? So, if one currently owned shares of IHGP wouldn't it behoove them to place a sell order at a relatively higher price?
