I'll reply in one post to many. Now Pristine I totally agree with the bold part of your quote:

"There will be no shortage of volume here when all filings are up to date by end of August smile No doubt management has a plenty of wealthy social connections that could hop on board when the company becomes fully transparent.

That is the key, when fully reporting occurs.
When full transparency occurs.

Think about this. To do 11 total filings in 33 days is not realistic at all. The average current reporting company takes 30-45 for each 10Q (quarterly). The average current reporting company takes 60-90 days to do each 10K (annual) report.

Inca needs to do:
1 10Q for 2008
1 10 K for 2008
4 10Q for 2009
1 10K for 2009
2 10Q for 2010 (Maybe three or 4 by the time they get there).

Plus Inca will need at least or 2- 8K as well. That is 10 or 11 filings needed to get current aside from the Nevada SOS as well.

Than income and payroll taxes for the above time frames too. Per the only 10Q filed.

So, IMO 6-12 is very realistic time frame to get all this done.

Also, why: "No doubt management has a plenty of wealthy social connections", I have not seen any of them buy huge amounts of IDGI as we have bought. Why? IMO people are waiting for full reporting and full transparency with IDGI.

I have searched and talked far and wide. This board appears to have all the share holders of IDGI on it, except for the CEO. So we should all get along for our common interest in Inca.

Coolio_g, yes sales = profits. But that is not transparent until it is shown in the filings. Until than, the view of investors vary greatly about IDGI. No proof of sales = $0 right now.

The only filing to date, shows no profit and millions in past due debt.
This is the only thing investors have to go by currently along with the one PR from 1-2010.

Bionoichip, My view of IDGI is my view as yours is yours. All views of the stock are welcome here that is why this board is here. I accept all your views. I may not agree with them, but I accept them.

I have learned to agree that others may disagree.

Another view of mine, two posters can say the same thing here today, one gets only one nice reply the other gets many not so nice replies.

IMO, it behooves as well not be so quick to dismiss others views.

After all, were in the same Inca boat.
