My take on it is this. If the products are real and the infomercials are real. ( I know this because I've seen the add, just not on TV, and have purchased and received one product a will soon receive another.) also the companys TSHO is working with are real and will verify that they are in fact working with TSHO. Then why not  go the extra step and air the comercials on TV? Especially in a depressed market when it's my understanding that comercial spots go fo a reduced price and you have over a mil in the bank! What benifit would there be to fabricate all of this? Also, alledgedly, skymark dosen't hold a position in the company nore does the CEO.

Or you can advocate the devil and ask why even go public in the first place. A) To raise capital through shares ( which TSHO isn't doing) B) Promotion of your company and it's products ( Tends to make a little more sense for our situation) and C) .....???? well is there even another reason to go public? If so please tell me cause that's all I can think of.

Inconclusion, it just dosen't make sense to fabricate all of this just for the share holders. Who's main focus is to screw each other over, unintentinally of course. Price is defined as an amount established by two parties at a given period of time.  If someone is buying someone has to be selling. A stock can't rise up for eternity. Investors pumped this stock way up to 1.60 ( with the help of skymark) but they also walked it all the way down to it's current price. Mr. Market eventually will get the value of this company right but as an emerging company that is hard to do and the share price is a clear indication of that. My advice is to take advantage of it!
