If the Wave Systems hardware based security model works locally, then it certainly works globally. This aspect has been almost totally ignored here. Acceptance by any large corporation, as has already been acknowledged, will feed into the int’l. arena. Trusted computing is a world-wide effort and if successful will be accepted by governments world-wide. Wave Systems might want to consider changing its name in the near future to Tsunami Systems.
