I havn't received it yet. So I called and got a representitive right away. They said the spout is on back order and will send it as soon as its in stock. They weren't sure how long that would be. I asked if they are selling a lot of them and she said yes. But I don't think she really knew. I'll let you know when I receive that confirmation #.
