As mentioned earlier, Evan and Stacy are not doing a full audit and filing deliquent Ks and Qs for kicks and giggles. They mean to become a fully-reporting company trading on the OTCBB- with greater transparency. They are rebuilding there credibilty to attract big investors and take inca to another level.
