Wrong again. The purpose of permits is for the city to make money and to require companies to comply with saftey issues. All electrial work has to be inspected, all plumbing work has to be inspected, all FIRE SYSTEMS have to be inspected, all WATER CONTAINERS, boilers, etc. You have to get a permit to wire any machine permanently to a building period. A simple call to code enforcement and you will see that I am 100% correct. I believe the address of the machine is 20 IROQUOIS St Niagara Falls, NY 14303. Someone please call code enforcment and ask if permits are required to install a massive machine that has burners, flammable liquids, is wired directly to the building, etc. Also ask if such a machine would require inspection by the fire department before operation. Ask them if a change in occupancy requires registration and inspection. Then tell me I am wrong. Then ask if this building has any recently issued permits.

There's a lot of simple permits that all businesses have to get that are extremely easy to get. For example, if you open a restaurant you need to get a bunch of them but most of them are an even that last a fraction of a day. The hardest part is waiting on line to get the forms. It's not like JBII has to go through a series of complex tests spanning months to get certain simple permits that all other businesses in New York have to get and get them with zero problem. Hell, one of the most anal-retentive government agencies to deal with is getting a health permit, and I've seen them show up and be in and out in under an hour with the permit issued on the spot.

The only permit with JBII that's even remotely complex is the air permit. Once they get that.....BOOYAH!!!

An electrical permit? Puh-leaze. As if JBII is the first business in New York to use electricity. Gimme a freakin' break. ROFL!!!

Hey JJ.... permits are ongoing but may need updated
Where I live we don't need a permit to install an A/C (too funny)

Can't really understand what business it is to a non shareholder(and claims will never be one)what JBII(E)does period.
Why don't you make yourself productive and build your own P2O machine.

Your obviously so smart, maybe oil can be made from crapola in your own P2O machine.

In the united states, nearly every city requires a permit for a/c installation.
