There's a lot of simple permits that all businesses have to get that are extremely easy to get. For example, if you open a restaurant you need to get a bunch of them but most of them are an even that last a fraction of a day. The hardest part is waiting on line to get the forms. It's not like JBII has to go through a series of complex tests spanning months to get certain simple permits that all other businesses in New York have to get and get them with zero problem. Hell, one of the most anal-retentive government agencies to deal with is getting a health permit, and I've seen them show up and be in and out in under an hour with the permit issued on the spot.

The only permit with JBII that's even remotely complex is the air permit. Once they get that.....BOOYAH!!!

An electrical permit? Puh-leaze. As if JBII is the first business in New York to use electricity. Gimme a freakin' break. ROFL!!!
