Thanks Mephisto.. Good Morning. Mike I read a post about the regulars and then Mephisto, I read the shrine post.

Look something had to be very BIG and detrimental to the debtors case in the chambers or they would not have delayed the other proceedings. This is still a BK, claims have to processed. If you are going to to get to the final number, then you have to address the issues.

Susman showed up in court for the first time in months and dropped a bomb on the debtors. He was most likely asking Rosen is he would amend the POR to put equity "in the money" and Rosen kept saying no. Something simple like that, he had filed the sealed doc request the day before, because it would not give anyone anytime to respond. We witnessed their response after the chambers meeting.

We are in silence mode from all sides, except for Debtors filing a brief to consolidate the Broadbill claims. COnsolidating the claims will allow them to just put one number on them. This is something that would need to be done if a settlement was being discussed and drafted. Hard to focus on the number if you have Outstanding claims. They need to expunge all outside the norm claims and address all classes in the new POR.

If they want to settle, they are going to need to bring in the other 2 parties. FDIC/JPM.. It is as simple as that, they only have control over what money they have available, JPM/FDIC have the "deep pockets" to effect a real settlement.

However, keep in mind any change in the POR that puts Equity "in the money" is good for the business of owning WAMU stocks. Susman is going to Throw us a Bone real soon.. Hang in there, the silence is deafening, we have been through this before.

We will prevail in the end, so order the Brass and Pewter. To the poster that said "you are using borrowed money to buy this stock. Bad Idea.. You do not ever want to risk more than you can afford to lose. Now if you borrowed the money from JPM and made a windfall "you vulture you" then that would be ironic and a good move.

Have a good Friday !!!
