Sell 400,000,000 shares at a 50% discount.

Selling would take place immediately since anyone making $4,000,000 would cash out. The price was .02 now it goes to .01. How does that help me at .0057 cost avg.?

Letting 400,000,000 Shares loose into the outstanding share pool will immediately cause the pps to be divided by 1.4 or a approx. 29% decrease in price. 1B shares plus .4B shares is now 1.4B shares outstanding.

Current PPS/1.4 is a 29% decrease in new PPS.
